was formed in 2012 and provides a year-long four-part course to high school youth. In the YBA program, students learn soft skills, workforce readiness, financial literacy and entrepreneurship skills to prepare them for their career trajectories. In addition, students hear from volunteer guest speakers every week who speak about their life stories and professional careers and field trips to get behind the scenes visits to local businesses.
